I was born and raised in Umbria, where hunting for fresh truffles is a way of life.

It’s also a healthy way to spend time outdoors among the oak and hazel trees.

 

I also own two restaurants where many of these culinary treasures have passed through my hands. Over more than ten years, I’ve built relationships with a network of small truffle hunters, who have since become my friends.

I speak with them every day about the “hunt”.

And I know how to select the best, wild truffles my land has to offer.
